  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances


4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

6. Order Tracking

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

While we aim for timely delivery, shopnbill is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
